lady spanked in the bad morning?

Asa is spanked by her dad,again;i found a spanking scene in 32 episode in "Asa ga kita"(lit. Asa has come;Asa is the heroine's name and at the same time morning in Japanese)  aired on NHK in 2015 in the Asadora time slot.
