spanking in a radio program

AKIYAMA Miho,a member of Rev. from DVL,is spanked by FUJIMOTO Reina,a younger member, according to her blog below(in Japanese).

I do NOT know the details,but i guess she is punished as "penalty game" in the radio program titled "Rev.に逢いにきんしゃい"(lit. why not come here to meet Rev;in "Hakata_dialect").

And i do not find the movie about this,but we can see the pic on her blog post above!
